A. Payments to T3
When you purchase a Pre-Planned Itinerary, another Digital Product, or Bespoke Services, payment may be processed by a third-party payment processor used by T3.
The payment provider may collect information such as your name, billing address, payment-card details, transaction amount, device information, and fraud-prevention data. The payment provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
T3 may receive information such as:

- Limited payment-method information, such as the card brand and final digits, where provided by the processor
T3 does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code when payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
B. Authorized Third-Party Booking Assistance
Where limited on-the-ground booking assistance is expressly included in a Bespoke Travel Design Services agreement, you may authorize us to use information you provide to complete an inquiry, reservation, or booking directly with a third-party provider.
Depending on the request and booking method, this information may include:

- Trip dates and booking preferences
- Accessibility, dietary, or other requirements you have authorized us to communicate
- Billing or payment information
- Other information reasonably necessary to complete the authorized request
We use such information only for the inquiry, reservation, or booking you have specifically authorized and disclose it only to the relevant provider or booking platform.
T3 does not hold client funds or act as the merchant of record for third-party travel services. You remain the contracting party with the third-party provider.
Whenever reasonably available, we may direct you to a secure payment link or ask you to provide payment information directly to the third-party provider. We do not intentionally retain complete payment-card details longer than reasonably necessary to complete an authorized transaction, subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related obligations.
You should not send complete payment-card information through ordinary, unsecured email.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
