Bespoke travel design offers a more immersive, high-touch planning experience, with a journey that is both deeply personal and conceptually coherent. We take on the time-consuming research and curation, crafting a booking-ready plan and travel guide that reflects your curiosities, passions, tastes, travel style, and priorities. As with our pre-planned itineraries, you make and pay for your travel reservations directly. Any limited assistance available with selected on-site reservations will be defined during the initial consultations and documented in the service agreement.

On-Site Reservations
Clients generally book accommodations, transportation, dining, tours, and admissions directly via the provided links and booking checklist. Limited assistance with selected on-site reservations may be available when expressly included in the bespoke service agreement. Clients pay all third-party providers directly.

Lead Time and Turnaround
To ensure availability and to secure the best options and value, we strongly recommend planning well in advance of your trip. A lead time of at least 10-12 weeks is preferred. Planning for peak periods should begin even sooner. Turnaround time for the provision of a personalized travel plan and guide (with revisions) is four to six weeks from signing of the services agreement.

What’s Not Included
Travel costs are not included in the price of either service. The Traveler’s Triptych does not package or sell travel, issue tickets, operate or escort tours, transport clients, or take custody of funds intended for travel providers. Travelers contract directly with third-party providers and pay those providers for flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, tours, admissions, and related expenses. Clients purchasing pre-planned itineraries make their own reservations. For bespoke clients, any limited assistance with selected on-site reservations must be expressly included in the service agreement. Flight and cruise bookings are not available.
