5. The Traveler’s Triptych Name, Branding, and Trademark Status
THE TRAVELER’S TRIPTYCH, The Traveler’s Triptych™, the suitcase triptych logo, associated design elements, slogans, visual identity, and trade dress are trademarks or proprietary brand assets claimed by The Traveler’s Triptych™ LLC.
The Traveler’s Triptych has filed a United States trademark application for THE TRAVELER’S TRIPTYCH under U.S. Serial No. 99264111 for downloadable travel guides and itineraries and for online travel-related blogs and articles. Following examination and publication, no opposition was filed, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a Notice of Allowance on February 24, 2026.
The Notice of Allowance permits the application to proceed toward registration, subject to T3 timely filing an acceptable Statement of Use or Request for Extension and satisfying the remaining USPTO requirements. The mark is not yet federally registered.
Nothing on this website or in any T3 content grants a license or permission to use our:
- Business or brand name
- Logos or icons
- Taglines or slogans
- Visual identity
- Trade dress
- Product names or collection names
- Branded templates, packaging, or promotional materials
You may not use any T3 mark or confusingly similar designation in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, source, or approval without prior written authorization.
6. Content Submitted for Publication
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, photograph, comment, or other material specifically for possible publication or promotional use, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
Where you agree that the material may be published, you grant T3 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, format, and use the submitted material for the purpose disclosed or reasonably understood at the time of submission.
T3 does not claim ownership of submitted material.
Private inquiries, client questionnaires, consultation information, customer-support communications, and other information not submitted for publication will not be treated as marketing content solely because they were sent to T3. Their handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.
Where reasonably practicable, you may ask us to stop future promotional use of submitted content by contacting legal@thetravelerstriptych.com. A request will not invalidate uses already made with permission or require recall of previously distributed material.
