The Traveler’s Triptych (“T3,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to creating original, thoughtfully researched content and distinctive travel products. This Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice explains how the content on this website may be used, what materials are protected, and what rights are reserved.

1. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content published by The Traveler’s Triptych is the intellectual property of The Traveler’s Triptych and/or its founder, including:

  • written content (blog posts, guides, plans, descriptions, narratives)
  • downloadable itineraries (free and paid)
  • bespoke travel design materials
  • photography and images created by The Traveler’s Triptych and its founder
  • graphics, branding elements, and layouts
  • The Traveler’s Triptych name, logo, and trade dress
  • website design and structure
  • curated travel selections and original curations and compilations
  • digital assets, PDFs, and supplementary materials

All rights are reserved.

2. Personal Use License

Visitors to this website are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • read and view the content on this site
  • download free itineraries and other free content for personal, non-commercial use
  • use paid itineraries/content for personal for non-commercial travel planning

This license does not permit any reproduction, republication, redistribution, resale, or derivative use of our content beyond your own personal travel planning.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or republish website content, blog posts, or itineraries
  • share, transmit, or upload our paid itineraries to other sites
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute The Traveler’s Triptych content
  • publish exceprts without prior written permission
  • use The Traveler’s Triptych photography, graphics, or branding without prior, written authorization
  • use our content to train, develop, or enhance artificial intelligence models, datasets, or similar technologies, except for standard search engine indexing and summarization (such as Google’s AI Overview), which we permit solely to improve search discoverability. Any other AI-generated reuse or derivative work without attribution or authorization is strictly prohibited
  • use our itineraries, travel designs, or written content as templates, frameworks, or commercial products for client services (including use by travel agencies, tour operators, or consultants), except where expressly allowed under a formal, written B2B licensing agreement with The Traveler’s Triptych that includes required attribution
  • incorporate our content into tools, guides, or products for sale
  • imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without prior, written consent

Any such activity violates U.S. copyright law, EU copyright directives, and the Terms of Service.

4. The Traveler’s Triptych Name, Branding, and Trademark Status

“The Traveler’s Triptych” name and associated branding elements (including the suitcase triptych logo) are proprietary assets of The Traveler’s Triptych.

The brand name is currently approved under an Intent to Use filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO).

This designation indicates our exclusive right to pursue trademark registration while we continue to develop and operate the brand.

Nothing in this Notice grants permission to use our:

  • name
  • logo
  • visual identity
  • trade dress
  • branded materials

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to use, such as comments, testimonials, or feedback, you represent that you own the rights to that content and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our website or marketing materials (unless you request removal).

We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

6. Requests for Permission

We welcome inquiries about legitimate use of short excerpts, image licensing, or collaboration. To request written permission, please contact:

Please include:

  • a description of the material you wish to use
  • where it will appear
  • the nature of your project
  • duration of use

Permission is granted at our discretion and may require a licensing agreement.

7. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any The Traveler’s Triptych content or branding has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us at:

  • the URL where it appears
  • your contact information
  • any supporting documentation

We take copyright violations seriously and will respond promptly.

8. No Waiver of Rights

Failure to enforce any portion of this Notice does not constitute a waiver of rights. We reserve all rights permitted under U.S. copyright law and international conventions.

9. Updates To This Notice

We may update this Notice as our services evolve.

Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
